The design on this Hat is of an old man who looks ALOT like Father Christmas with his long white beard, big bright red nose, big black boots and a bright red top. He's wearing a red and white golf cap and looks a bit grumpy as he shakes his fist full of paintbrushes and exclaims "I'm NOT bloomin' Santa". Next to him is a large sign nailed to the wall on which he painted those words. Tubes of paint lay on the floor beneath it.
