The personalized binder I received was excellent quality and looks beautiful personalized. The one I initially received had a damaged corner. I contacted Zazzle right away to see if I could exchange it. The customer service was outstanding! I received a reply email promptly requesting a photo of the damage. After I submitted that, they e-mailed me saying they were sending me a replacement. This was my first time ordering from Zazzle and I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
