Instructions for completion were very clear and the process went without a hitch. Invitations and recipe cards were received earlier than promised. I did need to call customer service due to no fault of Zazzle. I spoke with an extremely knowledgeable associate who was very pleasant and handled my reprint within minutes. The replacement invitations arrived within 2 days and were perfect! The printing turned out as expected. The colors were great and the invitation is perfect!

Best feature is how customizable it is. We were able to incorporate our own graphics to best represent our wedding theme and colours. The card's sale price is good (less than $1.10 CAD each) and we got both sides printed. The quality of the paper surpasses our expectations; we are very happy with the thickness, texture and matte finish which makes it appear more professional than the standard thinner glossy postcard style that is so often used for wedding invitations these days. The print quality is good. The only thing we are not impressed by is with how dark the professional photographer's pictures printed. It is possible this is due to the original pictures and not necessarily the printing process, but they did print darker than anticipated.
