I designed the image for this shirt while waiting for my wife to have surgery. I was super excited when the sweatshirt arrived and just in time for my wife's birthday!!! There was a slight delay in shipping due to weather conditions on the East Coast, but Zazzle was very prompt in notifying me and keeping me posted. Once it arrived I noticed the stitching is solid and looks very durable. My favorite thing about the sweatshirt itself is how soft it is on the inside. It will feel like a hug every time my wife wears it.🥰. The print quality is fantastic, the colors really pop! I was a little disappointed to find the print on the back had a white box around it, but Zazzle came through like a champ on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I submitted for a replacement on the website and within 12 hours had a personal response from a Zazzle rep who very clearly explained the replacement process. Once I replied to the initial email I had a response within 1 hour to watch for a credit on my account to reorder a modified design to meet my expectations. Satisfied? Yes!!! 100% 😁
