For Cupcake toppers, use small coffee stir sticks, large tooth pick or hors d'oerves picks or something similar. Cut out 2" circles of coloured cardstock or craft paper (not included), a 2" craft punch will make this an easy task. Carefully place the stickers over the centred stick and the 2" paper backing.
