I placed my order and the pillows came with the words cut off on the sides. I emailed and asked for 2 re-made pillows and the customer service was amazing and I had no issues communicating with them to help fix the problem. I received the first pillows on the 11th and it took til the 27th for the new ones to be made, shipped and delivered. I am very pleased with the re-made pillows and I will definitely order from this company again. The first set had words cut off. The re-made pillows look great.
