Grandfather Looking After His Grandson Medium Gift Bag

This design features a painting by the Polish-Danish artist Elisabeth Jerichau-Baumann (1819–1881). It depicts a grandfather sitting on a set of stairs as he lovingly cradles his young grandson on his lap. There are cockerels walking at the top of the stairs and in a nearby doorway, which suggests that the old man lives on a farm. There also appears to be the wheel of a wooden wheelbarrow in the corner. It's a beautiful image of love between family members. The baby boy is lifting his arms and smiling as he looks up at his grandfather.
