The quality of the picture and card was good, but creating the card was not user friendly. On the large picture that was downloaded, there was no easy way to size the picture so when the card was printed it did not fit. Your software program should take what ever size picture is downloaded and fit it in the slot so it is easy to create. I spent way too much time trying to make it work and in the end was in a hurry and just needed to get them shipped. Due to this I ended up spending $11 on shipping which was a waste because of Good Friday. Another issue that your program did not flag the 2 day shipping and state it would be delayed due to Good Friday. The printing was good, but I am not happy with how difficult it was to size the picture. I am also not happy about spending an extra $11 on shipping that was a waste of money since I did not get the product in 2 days.
