The labels were exactly what they looked like on the website. They were very durable and the color was the same. I ordered them blank in order to print the address labels at home. If you choose to do this, it only works with LASER PRINTERS!!! Originally, I used my inkjet printer, and the ink did not adhere. All of the ink rubbed right off. Therefore, they can only be printed with LASER PRINTERS!!! Also, if you run the page through the printer a second time for unused labels, the color fades slightly.
