Girl Playing Golf in the 1800s - For all you golf pros out there, this is a very early woman golfer taking to the course. She's from an old book from the 1800s, the little girl is taking a swing. The girl golfing is wearing a big hat with a feather in it, typical of Victorian girls, and is wearing long stockings and a short sporty golfing dress. The golfing weather is fine -- a lovely white cloud is in the background, and a house. Her caddy is waiting on the sidelines. The image is a black and white line drawing, from a book in the late 1800s.
