The layout and message printed out exactly the way it looked when I custom made on the website. The only thing is that the picture in this type of mug was not as clear as on the ceramic mug. You just have to make sure picking a super clear picture to do this, otherwise it would come out more blurry. Overall I m happy. I placed another order for this type of mug again and I already knew the picture wouldn’t be so clear because I didn’t pick a super clear picture. However I still pick this mug because I assumed that my friend got a ton of ceramic mugs already. Still a very nice and cute gift.

This mug was exactly as described. I have purchased the stainless steel one before and the white is a nice change (stainless steel inside). I found the lavender purple a little light for my liking but that's my fault. Next time I'll choose a more grapey purple.
