Golden Feilds Mule Deer Jigsaw Puzzle
I felt like painting something yellow! I don't recall ever having done a whole work in only yellows and golds, so I thought I would try it out. For some reason when I thought about deer I thought about having been wanting to paint a pertyon for a while now and this is the image that popped into my mind. I wanted to make this digital painting very warm, and I also wanted to keep it somewhat stylized and loose with the sunflowers semi inspired by Vincent Van Goughs sunflowers (although I didn't actully look at the painting at all when I was doing this piece. This is a really nice puzzle however it is what I would call fragile while putting together. The pieces fit but are very loose, you need to be constantly pushing them together and when you remove a wrong piece a lot of other pieces come with it. However, the pieces themselves are a good thickness and sturdy. It also has more than one cut to the pieces which make it challenging. I really enjoyed this puzzle and it is definitely a hard one for me. The picture on the puzzle is very good quality. It shows the book cover very well and the detail is great. The size I chose I found was perfect in detail for me. It shows very well.
