Gluten-Free Reference Card

Gluten-Free Reference Card is perfect for explaining to restaurants, servers and chefs what you can and can not eat living the gluten-free lifestyle. Sized to be the same a business card for easy carrying in your wallet or purse. Front of card states: I cannot eat gluten or any foods that contain or have come in contact with for it will make me ill. I cannot eat: Barley, Malt, Rye, Oats,* Spelt and Wheat.  The following foods contain gluten: Bread, Beer, Bulgur, Durum, Farro, Kamut, Pasta, Rice Mixes,* Salad Dressings,* Seitan, Semolina, Soba Noodles,* Soy Sauces,* Stock or Broth* and Triticale. I Can Eat: Amaranth, Buckwheat, Corn, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetables, Guar Gum, Millet, Nuts, Potatos, Quinoa, Rice (Brown, White, Wild), Sorghum, Teff, Xanthan Gum Back of card states: Please note: Small amount of these foods will make me ill. Please avoid cross-contamination by using clean cutting boards, utensils and other equipment during the preparation of my meal. Food that is not made in-house, please read the labels carefully to ensure there is no hidden gluten in that product.
