This is a Corn Queen,I made of cloth,corn and a clear mask that I painted gold inside,then used nailpolish to paint her features.I also painted her cloth face underneath to give her eyes.With her mask,she glimmers and shines with the beauty of youth and fertility,under her mask,she is the Crone,or the aged woman ripe with wisdom.The Corn Queen symbolizes the fertile Earth,and the Crone symbolizes the bounty of the Earth-the Harvest.She is a Celebration of Life.
