Utagawa Kuniyoshi (1797 – 1861) was one of the leading Ukiyo-e artists of the late Edo period in 19th century Japan. Our postcard features one of his paintings showing a girl mending a fishing net underneath information about Yui Station. Postcards are perfect for framing as small pictures, and are a cheap and chic alternative to expensive poster prints. You can change the colour of the background on the card to suit.
