Get Awesome, Die Trying Poster

This is a photo that a friend of mine (Tisa DeForest) took in Boston. It's a picture of a flyer advertising some guy's new band. I think it's hilarious. I would love to meet the dude who posted this flyer. The flyer reads: "GET AWESOME or DIE TRYING. DRUMMER & GUITARISTS WANTED: How would you like to play in a band that would be FLIPPER if an amalgam of Ian Curtis (1977-1986), Glenn Danzig and Chris Isaak sang? Do you like songs that rock and dislike songs that don't rock? The greatest band in the history of the world is forming & it's going to be so sweet that you won't believe what is happening & your head will explode & your dog will turn into a cactus, AND you can be a part of it. INFLUENCES: Unimportant. What matters is a desire to rock so hard that it's quite frankly ridiculous.
