George Washington's Masonic Apron Jigsaw Puzzle
The image for this puzzle is Kenneth Bakeman's graphic art version of a Masonic apron thought to have been embroidered on satin by Madame de Lafayette, the wife of the Marquis de Lafayette, of France. It is said that the Marquis presented the apron to George Washington in 1784. In 1829 it was transferred to Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania by the Washington Benevolent Society and is currently on display in the Grand Lodge Museum at the Masonic Temple in Philadelphia.
