Pre-crop your photo in an almost square shape around the face, just below the hair line, right about at the tip of the chin and just inside both ears along the jawline and when you upload it and replace the sample image, it'll fill the face shape almost perfectly. You may have to adjust your crop and reupload to tweak it just right but they'll look sooo ELF'n cute when you're done! Personalize it further by adding text as desired.
