You are what you eat! Kale is not just window dressing for the red meats at your local grocer. It's loaded with Vitamin K (a single 3.5 oz serving of raw kale delivers a whopping 671% of your daily recommended intake of said vitamin (source: Wikipedia)). I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
