Bright colors and design on mug are exactly as pictured. This "Pugs and Kisses" mug is adorable. It will be filled with Hershey's Kisses and given to my daughter, who has a much beloved pug named Cooper, for Valentine's Day. And I, Cooper's Grandma, ordered one for myself as well. Ringer style customization is perfect. Red color on mug handle and top edge of mug exactly matches color sample in ringer mug ordering option. Color is applied evenly.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
