I gave this to my wife as a New Year's gift. It was cleverly personalized for her by me and she just loves it. All the printing on the mug turned out great. There was a problem with my original submission for the order, but the customer service folks caught the error and let me know before it was manufactured, so the correct item was made and delivered on time, in excellent shape.
