After purchasing and paying for expedited delivery for programs to arrive on a Wednesday, they finally delivered on the following Monday. Would absolutely discourage using this company unless you have a very long lead time. Their offer to refund is a store credit or for you to return the actual product and not be refunded the shipping. Buyer beware. .

Zazzle offered a great selection of templates for a Celebration of Life program for my dad who recently passed away. We found the perfect template (4 sided) and were able to easily customize it with images and content that highlighted my dad's wonderful life. The product was easy to use and style in the format that we wanted. The printed programs were exceptional quality and felt very premium (soft, thick paper). They looked so much better than we expected.
