Funeral Elegant Vintage Blue Gold Photo Invitation
This elegant funeral invitation with a vintage air has a vintage golden frame with elegant baroque gold decorations on a dark blue leather-like background. There is a placeholder photo in an oval frame in the upper part, with arched text above it. The name is written in an elegant calligraphic script. All text can be personalized and has a golden colour similar to the gold decorations of the frame.
The placeholder photo, an old sepia portrait of a young man from 1882, is in the public domain; it was offered by Jody LaGreca at Public Domain Pictures. You can replace it with any regular photo, it will show as round (oval) on the invitation.
The background with its elegant gold decorations on dark blue is from a vintage French book cover binding, by Georges Mercier (1885-1939) - Madame de Maupin by Teophile Gautier, volume 1, edition 1911, Paris - now in the public domain, from The New York Public Library.
