Fun Retro Surprise Bridal Shower Party Invitations

Cards were great quality paper, fantastic quality printing - better than expected! I normally either make my own cards or go to a trusted local printer so I can have a lot of control over the final product. I never expected this level of quality from any on line company that I had never heard of before this event. The only unexpected thing was the cards were flat 5x7" cards with the image on the front and the invitation wording on the back. I thought they were going to be 5x7" cards (finished size), but a flip-open card. This was my first order and I probably didn't understand the selection options. Colors of image and crispness of photo and text were great. When I received the order, there was a word with 2 extra spaces in the middle of the word (that was not on my original or on the online proof). I called and spoke with a human being (YIPEE!! Do you know how rare that is?). Jillina was INCREDIBLY nice and understanding and professional. She requested a photo of the error, I sent it while we were on the phone, and she had the cards reprinted that SAME evening! I explained that I would miss my mailing date if I waited for regular mail service and she overnighted them to me-I got them out on time. So, what started out as a nervous time after I opened the cards turned into the BEST experience I have ever had as a customer! My company focuses on customer recovery if we have a problem and your company has just made an incredibly happy customer. I have already started promoting your company to everyone I talk to! Thanks so much for giving me the cutest invitations!

It was exactly how I wanted it with great quality paper and envelopes. Colours were perfect! Completely satisifed with the printing. Colours were perfect and a map was uploaded for the back and came out perfectly clear.
