The First Folio is the first published collection of William Shakespeare's plays - its actual title is "Mr. William Shakespeares Comedies, Histories, & Tragedies". It contains 36 plays (18 of which had already been published during Shakespeare's lifetime as quartos) and was first published in 1623, seven years after Shakespeare's death. This frontpiece features the famous Droeshout engraving of Shakespeare - now available here on t-shirts, posters, prints, greeting cards, mugs and gifts.
