I ordered three 16x20 horses portraits that focused on the head & face of the horse. The photos turned out stunningly and the detail and use of light is extraordinary. Shipment was quick, easy, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Definitely adds class and character to my office at work. The printing was great- with one of the photos I was worried it would be blurry due to the pixels- but they did fantastic. No detail was lost and the black & white add more to the photos.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
