This is a common cliche one uses when they hear statement about someone or something but was mistakenly given a incorrect word or term to describe what was being spoken of. An example would be calling someone by the wrong name. My mother would always call me by our dogs name for instance. A slip of the tongue is known as a "Freudian Slip" Freud wrote that there were psychological reasons the mistake was made in the unconscious mind. In simple terms, Freud believed that when something was said by accident, it was the truth coming out. In this design Freud slips on a banana peel. The only other thing that could be called a "Freudian Slip".

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
