This is a shot of the Milky Way, our Galaxy, taken from a deserted farm-market road in Fort Bend County, Texas on a November evening. For those that are interested, this image was taken looking west into the night sky, at around 8pm. I would think that the Milky Way effect would be probably be a little stronger as the night wears on a little.
