For Auld Lang Syne Scottish Happy New Year Card

A tartan ribbon tied in a bow was the subject of the world’s first colour photograph way back in 1861 when a practical demonstration of colour separation was carried out by Edinburgh born physicist James Clerk Maxwell. I stumbled across this tartan ribbon tied to a tree at Glenfinnan in the Scottish Highlands. It’s my humble homage to Clerk Maxwell and his contribution to the wonderful world of photography. I’ve added a Royal Stewart tartan border and the words For Auld Lang Syne, the song by Scotland’s national bard Robert Burns that’s sung the world over every New Year. The card would be perfect for a New Year greeting to friends and family, especially those with Scottish roots. I've added a soft creamy yellow background colour but you can easily change this to suit, also you can personalize the message on the inside simply by using the customize button.
