I like the ability to personalize the product however the case itself isn't what it is described as. When I read 'football texture' I think it should have the feel of a football (leathery) however it is just a picture of a football and is very smooth. This was a major disappointment to me. The reason I get a case is first to protect my phone and second to help me hold onto the phone because the phone itself is slippery. This case does not truly protect my phone nor help me to hold onto it because of the slippery case. The personalization was a nice touch and the only redeeming part of the purchase.
