I've adored fonts since the time before I could access any. My very first encounter with Comic Sans was on my friend's computer in 1998. I thought it was fabulous and wrote a letter to my boyfriend at the time, telling him as much.
I was embarrassed to read that when I found it later, but perhaps I will always have a secret soft spot for this font. Don't tell anyone!
