Fluorescent Tulip Hat

This pretty hat features a beautiful photograph of a tulip. The photograph has been artificially coloured resulting in a fluorescent tulip. The outer petals are coloured with shades of blue and red, while the inner petals show shades of pink and purple. The very centre of the flower is bright yellow. The design is shown on a white hat but is also available on other colours of hats.
