Flourish Gold Black 50th Wedding Anniversary Card

Hysterical laughter greeted this 50th wedding anniversary card and the couple declared it was a keeper. It was a beautiful and very official looking card. The ability to personalize the dates resulted in a wondrous memory for when the couple actually celebrates their 50th in my absence. Next time though, I will opt for the glossy instead of the matte finish. The card looks very ornate, official, and classy. It would have been a bit more classy had I chosen the glossy instead of the matte finish but the couple couldn't be more pleased with it. They will hang onto it long after I have met my maker.

The problem with this card was a combination of my personal design and the quality and colors of the card. Another choice for a 50th Wedding Anniversary card would have been much better. The card was lost in the mail and did not arrive in time for our special event. The staff did attempt to send a replacement as quickly as possible. The image on the front turned out fine, but the gold color of the card was not an elegant color and it did not go well with the card quality. I added my own text, but used the same brown color that was already a part of the original card. The color was dull and not appropriate for the background color of the card, which made it barely readable. My text was also too lengthy for the insert on the page. It would have been better if it fit on the entire page, without an insert. I could not tell this from the preview or I would have chosen a different size and card. I would have been willing to pay much more for a special card. I love Zazzle cards and will continue to design them, but this one was definitely not a winner.

Great and beautiful Anniversary Card. High quality card stock and very nicely printed. The card made a huge impression on my in-laws and they really enjoyed it very much. Great job from Zazzle. A++++++++.
