This design features the state flag of Wyoming, which is a doubly landlocked state in the western United States. It is the second most sparsely populated state in the country. Yellowstone national park is partially in Wyoming and Grand Teton national park is entirely within the state. Cheyenne is the state capital and the most populous city of Wyoming. The flag of the state of Wyoming includes a silhouette of an American bison. The red symbolizes Native Americans and the blood of pioneers who gave their lives. The white is a symbol of purity and uprightness. The blue is the colour of the skies and distant mountains.
