Flag of the Dominican Republic Tie

This design features the flag of the Dominican Republic (in Spanish, República Dominicana), which is a country located on the island of Hispaniola in the Greater Antilles archipelago of the Caribbean region. The Dominican Republic occupies the eastern five-eighths of the island, which it shares with Haiti. The official language of the country is Spanish. The capital and largest city of the Dominican Republic is Santo Domingo. The flag of the Dominican Republic is red, white and blue: the blue stands for liberty, the white for salvation and the red for the blood of heroes. In the center of the flag is the coat of arms of the Dominican Republic, which includes the motto "Dios, Patria, Libertad" ("God, Homeland, Freedom").
