This design features the national flag of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (commonly known simply as Saint Vincent), which is an English-speaking Caribbean country of several islands in the Lesser Antilles island arc. It is situated in the southeast Windward Islands, which lies in the West Indies at the southern end of the eastern border of the Caribbean Sea, before it opens out into the Atlantic Ocean. The capital, main port and largest city of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is Kingstown, which is located within the parish of Saint George.
