This design features the national flag of Bhutan (officially known as the Kingdom of Bhutan), which is a landlocked country in the Eastern Himalayas in South Asia. Bhutan is bordered by the Tibet Autonomous Region of China to the north and India to the south. The capital city of Bhutan is Thimphu, which is also the country's largest city. Phuntsholing (also spelled as Phuentsholing) is the financial centre of Bhutan. Other major cities or towns in Bhutan include Paro, Gelephu (also spelled as Gelyephug), Samdrup Jongkhar, Wangdue Phodrang, Punakha, Jakar (officially known as Bumthang), Nganglam (also spelled as Namglam) and Samtse. The national flag of Bhutan features a "Thunder Dragon" (Druk), which is a traditional creature from Bhutanese mythology.
