First Umbrella | Victor Gabriel Gilbert Postcard

Son premier parapluie by Victor Gabriel Gilbert is a charming antique fine art painting capturing a heartwarming moment of a little girl holding her first umbrella at an outdoor street market. This vintage French artwork showcases Gilbert’s masterful use of light and colour, evoking nostalgia for 19th-century Parisian life. The soft brushstrokes and delicate details bring warmth to this enchanting scene, making it a perfect addition to collections of historical paintings, classic European prints, and antique reproductions.
