This ornament is so cute. It is perfect for a family of 3 who recently had an addition of a new baby to become a family of 4. I have searched many sites and never saw one that celebrates your "first" Christmas as a family of 4. The ornament was lost in transit. However, I encountered superior customer service. The ornament was remade and shipped quickly. The picture of the 4 snowmen and the printing of the 4 names is exactly as shown in the item description. It was printed clearly and was legible. I loved the final product and the family that received it loved it more.
