Fines Herbes Apron
Fines Herbes is a classic French blend of fresh “fine” herbs, used to season mild or delicate foods such as fish, omelettes, soufflés, vegetables, salads and vinaigrettes.
Combine 2 fresh finely chopped tablespoons each:
Italian Parsley
Chervil
Chives
French Tarragon
Sweet Marjoram
Add Fines Herbes at the end of the cooking process to preserve their subtle fresh flavour. If fresh herbs are not available, substitute dried herbs and only use half as much in recipes. Enjoy!

Just received my aprons that are gifts doe good friends and I am impressed by the quality of print, the fabric and build of the aprons. The pocket at the bottom of the apron which is 24" lengthwise will be quite useful.
