Incredible mug that is heavy duty. Great size. Products used for printing are high end. I use this mug everyday. I have no idea what they use to print out your personalized items, but how they get the designs to come out so perfect is beyond me. Printing many items in the past has been blurry, doesn't stand through many washings, not bright and vivid. One of a kind.
