You can customize it with Spanish text or whatever you like. You can think of a funny line and translate it at http://www.freetranslation.com/ OR http://free-translation.imtranslator.net. Then just copy and paste and choose a font. This permits you to have the spanish punctuation. As is the front says "¡Feliz cumpleaños!" Inside the boys are on the beach and the text: "Lleve tiempo a relaje y hacer ¡algo diversión!" which on the free-translation site was the translation for "Take time to relax and do something fun!"
