While Zazzle did a phenomenal job getting the picture out to us, the post office lost it. An investigation had to be conducted by the USP and the picture finally arrived 10 days late. Zazzle did warn that "blurring" of the picture could happen. This was a great size to get as a larger picture would have definitely been blurred. Use caution when ordering a picture of this size.

The shipping was the problem. Box was flimsy and item got bent.. only suggestion would have been to put in a canister or mark fragile. Printing was exactly as shown
