It's early October and the landscape is brilliant with colour. Orange, red, yellow, blue, purple pink and every hue you can imagine! Some red leaves are scattered on the ground. In the fall season, deciduous trees such as oaks, maple trees, poplar, beech, sumac and more, along with vines and bushes and leaves of all kinds, stop producing chlorophyll and go through rapid organic chemical changes that emerge in spectacular shades of colour. This is a lovely path through a forested area along one of the walking trails in Hull (Gatineau) Quebec, Canada.
