The inside of the mug actually has a lining inside that actually seems like it is there to avoid any staining, Great quality! Print was awesome. Perfect. I love the quality of the mug itself. I customized this product and I find that when customizing, it was a bit confusing. I did not realize that there were 2 sides to this mug, therefore only one side was customized. The other side was what was standard. So I had one side that said I love end of month and the other side said I love month end. So beware, when customizing be sure before ordering. Like I stated above the quality was good, the customizing was confusing.

I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
