Peregrine Falcons have successfully nested on the roof of the W.E.B. Du Bois Library at UMass Amherst for the past 13 years. A live webcam was installed in 2013. In 2015, two chicks were raised by a new pair of falcon parents. This is a shot of one of the fledglings looking straight into the camera.
