I’ve yet to see an operating system that doesn’t fail and that doesn’t have bugs. It’s the nature of millions of processes happening every second. The software simply isn’t perfect and it will always have failures. FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!, It comes bundled with the software. I was originally happy about my purchase and Nana loved the gift. HOWEVER, the description specifically says that these are microwave and dishwasher safe, BUT the first time Nana put this mug in the dishwasher it was destroyed. Not impressed..
