I absolutely love the colors and graphics of this mug. I was a bit disappointed in the size, but I think it may have been my lack of attention to detail. It was easy to design with the step-by-step method provided; during the design I could follow what it would look like, change the font and font size and, as a special feature I had the choice of background color. I had expected to receive the mugs in 2-3 weeks - they arrived in 5 days! I am very pleased with the quality of the mug, the ease of design and the speed of shipping. Well done! Love the color, the pictures are very clear and the wrap-around just right.
