It’s pretty, sturdy, waterproof, and will survive the abuses of the airport luggage handlers. The print was clear and crisp but the tag was a little smaller than I thought it would be, it’s about the size of a regular business card with rounded edges. It doesn’t bother me that it’s smaller, I just wanted a nicer luggage tag and it’s doing that job just fine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the tag. It was better than I expected. It was well made of 2 plexiglass sheets with the printed material fused between the two. The design was perfect. My only issue was the website. It was not very intuitive so I struggled a bit and it led to a problem with the final product. When I called to explain what happened, then talked me through it and remade the tags at no cost. The final product came in perfect. Loved the availability of designs particularly the one I picked out and the final product appearance is great.
