Epic Waves at Cape Disappointment, WA Card

The cliffs below Cape Disappointment Lighthouse during and after a storm have the most incredible waves I have ever seen. This one shows how the first wave crashing off the cliff about to crash into the next one coming in. I felt so very blessed to be able to witness and hear these powerful waves crashing into one another. I have been waiting years for the swells to be at the right height, the intervals to be long between swells, the tide to be at the right time, the wind going in the right direction, the possibility of sun, me not working or having some other obligation. Finally, I got to go witness the waves at Cape Disappointment. And Cape Disappointment did not disappoint!
